1. It was my understanding that in 1950/60 s the Supreme Court passed a law saying the Fed Govt would have not part in dealing with Health Care as that was the States resp. That is why State Health Dir were appt. So is Obama now saying he is stronger than the supreme court because he wants what he wants.
2. If you really want to stimilate the economy, repeal the Windfall Profit Elimination Provision where social security is stealing money from Fed Service Employees who were self reliant enough to work and pay social security prior to working for the government, but are being penalized because they were getting two checks with they were due. Do you know how many old retirees have had to go back to work due to SS stealing more than half their due retirement? If they got what they were due, then they could quit work and those unemployed could go back to work. Thank You
